Foi ao som de “Evidências” que Chitãozinho e Xororó subiram ao palco do Campinas Country Music, no interior de São Paulo. O evento reuniu diversas duplas sertanejas, que cantaram seus sucessos para uma turma animada. A plateia não se intimidou com a chuva que teimou em cair durante todo o dia. “Essa é a confirmação de que o público adora música sertaneja”, afirmou Chitão antes de subir ao palco e cantar seus grandes sucessos.
A dupla ainda falou sobre a apresentação que fará na próxima terça-feira (28), com a participação de músicos consagrados. “Será uma festa linda, com artistas da nossa geração e que, felizmente, vamos transformar em DVD”, afirmou Chitão. E o terceiro álbum da série que celebra os 40 anos da dupla será gravado em 2011.
Xororó afirmou que, assim como eles, muitas duplas da nova geração estão preparadas para atingir a celebração de quatro décadas de sucesso. “Depende de como eles construírem a carreira porque, talento, todos eles têm”, disse Xororó.
